All products are custom made, therefore our refund policy is All Sales Final. We offer exchange only. Please check the sizing of all items carefully. Unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange if you order the improper size. To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase plus a return authorization. Please email with your order receipt and explanation for the return. Please do not send your purchase back without an authorization.
